We also manufacture most of our own tooling for these machines in-house... which means shorter lead times for our customers.
Hydromats... from 10-16 stations with a bar capacity of: up to 1 3/4" round up to 1 1/2" hex, up to 1 1/4" square with a tool monitoring system to ensure the highest quality possible. This system increases up-time, which reduces cost to our customers.
MKC takes pride in its automated equipment - built to
suit our customer's needs. Custom built machines provide seven different operations,
including:
coining, pinching, trim, reaming
assembling, crimping, unload
MKC manufactures rolled bars shipped in 12' lengths or blanked into parts per customer requirements. We currently have Thread Rollers which can produce a large variety of thread types with a maximum capacity of 3.50" o.d.
